Return & Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and include all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. A 25% restocking fee per device will be applied.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
